Chocolate tacos

Why settle for simple tacos... When you can eat chocolate tacos!

TACO SHELL

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup (185 ml) sugar
  • 3 tbsp. (45 ml) grapeseed oil (or any vegetable oil)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. (45 ml) cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

TOPPING

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Heat the waffle cone machine.
  3. For each taco, place 2 tablespoons of the mix in the middle of the baking sheet and bake for about 4 minutes.
  4. Once removed from the machine, give the tacos the shape you like. They will harden as they cool.
  5. Garnish with your favourite fondue.
