Creamy strawberry and chocolate popsicles

To make the most of strawberry season!

Ingredients

FOR THE POPSICLES

  • 454 g (1 lb) fresh strawberries (about 4 cups), hulled
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) lemon juice

TO SERVE

Instructions

FOR POPSICLES

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into popsicle mold, add sticks and freeze for at least 8 hours.


TO SERVE

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Melt Chocolats Favoris fondue according to package instructions. Stir fondue until smooth, then dip each popsicle in fondue to cover half of the popsicle. Place the popsicles on the cookie sheet after dipping them in the chocolate. Decorate each popsicle with a drizzle of red icing, then diced strawberries. Keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
