To get the best muffins, just mix different chocolate flavours!
Makes 12 muffins
3 cups (750 ml) cake and pastry flour
1 tbsp (15 ml) baking powder
1/2 tsp (2 ml) baking soda
1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
3/4 cup (180 ml) vegetable oil
3/4 cup (180 ml) milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
1 tbsp (15 ml) pure vanilla extract
2 cups (500 ml) mixed Chocolats Favoris Chocolate Drops (Original Dark, Dulce de Leche, and Dreamy White, for example)

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a muffin pan with paper cups.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a second bowl, whisk together the oil, milk, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix just to combine, then mix in 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) of the Chocolats Favoris Chocolate Drops. (Save the remaining chocolate drops to garnish the muffins.)
Divide the muffin batter between the muffin cups, making sure to fill them all the way to the top to create beautifully plump muffins. Garnish the muffins with the reserved chocolate drops.
Bake the muffins at 425°F (220°C) for 5 minutes, then lower the heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20 minutes more, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, or with melted chocolate streaks only.
Let cool slightly on a wire rack, then serve warm.
