The Easter brunch

the Chocolats Favoris way

Give a chocolatey touch to your Easter brunch!

Ingredients

  • Store-bought croissant dough 2 x 42 g 
  • Chocolats Favoris chocolate bars (your favourite flavour) 
  • Your favourite garnishes: strawberries, raspberries, bananas, marshmallows, pears, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven according to the croissants’ package instructions.
  • Roll out the croissant dough and form  into triangles.
  • Place your favourite garnishes and 3 chocolate squares on the largest part of the triangle. Roll the dough up to form a croissant. 
  • Bake the croissants according to the package instructions. Remove from oven and let cool 2 minutes.
  • Enjoy the croissants with the family during your Easter brunch. Serve with a mountain of fruit covered with drizzles of fondue for an dose of chocolate. Watch every chocolate lover relish in the ooey gooey goodness!
