Decadent Brownie Milkshake

Who could say no to drinkable chocolate? 


  • 1 batch Decadent Brownies, without the icing
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) Original Dark Chocolate Drops
  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk
  • 2 cups (500 ml) vanilla or chocolate ice cream

To serve

  • Chopped nuts, chopped chocolate, or melted chocolate

Use these drops to add some real character to your dessert toppings, cakes and other baking delights!

2 servings.

  • Bake the Decadent Brownies, then let them cool completely.
  • In a blender, add the chocolate drops and the milk. Process at slow speed to coarsely chop the chocolate drops, then gradually increase the speed until you reach the highest setting. Blend for 1 minute. Add the ice cream and blend for 1 more minute to fully incorporate and get the creamiest consistency.
  • Cut the brownies into small bites. Drop brownie bites into tall serving glasses. Top up with chocolate milkshake. Garnish with chopped nuts, chopped chocolate, or melted chocolate. Enjoy right away!

  • NOTE: Refrigerate leftover brownies in an airtight container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 1 month. Return the brownies to room temperature before eating, or rewarm in the microwave or in a low oven to fully enjoy their decadent texture.
