the Chocolats Favoris way

Ingredients

Brownies

  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 6 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 big pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • One 425 g can of Chocolats Favoris Hazelnut Praline fondue
  • 2 eggs
  • Two small-size double-walled glasses from Chocolats Favoris

Icing

  • 1/2 cup of cold butter cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup of cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 4 tbsp. icing sugar
  • Crushed hazelnuts

My combination of fine, creamy chocolate and no-nonsense hazelnut makes for a truly delicious explosion of heavenly flavor.

Buy a fondue

Instructions

  • Heat the fondue by following the instructions on the can
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together with 8 tbsp. of Hazelnut Praline fondue. Pour the mixture equally into the two glasses
  • Make a hole in the mixture and add 1 tbsp of fondue
  • Heat in the microwave for 45 seconds
  • Reserve
  • For the icing, mix the butter, cream cheese, and sugar in a bowl
  • Add 1/2 cup of Hazelnut Praline fondue and mix well
  • Pour the mix into a piping bad and start icing the brownies
  • Decorate with trickles of Hazelnut Praline fondue and crushed hazelnuts
  • Enjoy as a couple!
