Gin, bubbles & unicorn syrup Mr. Cocktail


  • 1.25 oz. gin (citrus, spicy, juniper or herbaceous and vegetal)
  • 0.5 oz. Mr. Cocktail unicorn syrup
  • 3 oz champagne or dry sparkling wine (cava, prosecco)
  • 1 strawberry dipped in chocolate (for garnish)

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker, except bubbles, and mix with ice.
  • Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled flute.
  • Add sparkling wine.
  • Decorate with a strawberry dipped in chocolate.
