S'mores Pie
S'mores fondue, graham crackers crumb and homemade marshmallows. This pie recipe will definitely remind you of your best summer night around the fireplace! For more info about
Crust:1 cup of Graham cracker crumbs1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons melted butterGanache: 1 can (215 g) Chocolats Favoris S’mores fondue125 ml 35% cream2 tablespoons of butter
Crust:
- Melt the butter and mix with Graham cracker crumbs
- Spread in a kitchen mold and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours
Ganache:
- Pour the melted S’mores fondue into a bowl
- Heat the cream
- Mix the chocolate and the heating cream
- Add the butter and mix until completely blended
Setup:
- Pour into the crust and refregirate for 2 hours
- When the ganache is ferm, add some homemade marshmallows with a pipping bag
- Broil the marshmallow with a torches or with your oven
