Three ideas to customize your chocolate fondue


Here are three flavours to add an extra dose of pizzazz. I really hope that it will spur your creativity so that you can whip up new versions of your chocolate fondue you never thought of before!


2-3 Servings

Caramel & matcha tea

  • 1 can (450 g) of Chocolats Favoris Salted Caramel fondue
  • 1 tsp. of matcha tea powder, sifted


Dark chocolate & ginger

  • 1 can (450 g) of Chocolats Favoris Original Dark fondue
  • 2 tsp. of grated ginger
  • The zest of 1 lime

Just like a Toblerone

  • 1 can (450 g) of Chocolats Favoris Original Milk fondue
  • 2 almond nougats (25 g), cut into pieces (see Tip)
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Chopped almonds, to taste

  • Melt the chocolate fondue by following the directions on the can. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and serve.
  • For the Caramel & matcha tea version, put the matcha tea in a bowl with a small quantity of the liquid chocolate fondue. Blend well until it becomes a paste. Add to the remaining chocolate fondue and stir. This will ensure no lumps form.
