Cookie dough Nanaimo bars

Our version of this chocolate delight made with cookie dough fondue! Beware, this recipe is only for true #ChocoFans!



  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup Cookie Dough fondue
  • ¼ cup chopped cookies
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut


  • 2 ½ cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 4 tablespoons store-bought vanilla pudding  
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence


  • 1 cup original dark fondue
  • ½ cup butter
  • 6 chocolate chip cookies for garnish


  • Line an 8-inch square pan with plastic wrap.
  • Make the base. Melt the chocolate fondue and butter. Add the cookies and press firmly into the pan.
  • Put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the filling. Mix the softened butter, icing sugar, pudding and vanilla essence. Spread on the base. Put in the refrigerator in 20 minutes.
  • Prepare the icing. Melt the chocolate and the butter using a bain-marie. Spread the icing on the bar.
  • Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
