The Chocolats Favoris way

Fast and easy to make, this cheesecake bites will steal the show during your next supper with family and friends!

Ingredients

  • One 425 (15oz.) can of your favorite flavor of Chocolats Favoris fondue
  • ½ cup (4oz.) sugar
  • ¼ cup (2oz.) melted butter
  • A packet of cream cheese (250g / 8oz.), cut into 2.5cm (1’’) cubes
  • Some graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate as instructed on the Chocolats Favoris fondue can.
  • Put the cream cheese, suger, butter and ¾ cup (approx. 6oz.) of melted chocolate in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk.
  • Put some parchment paper in the bottom of a 23cm x 12cm (9’’ x 5’’) bread tin, pour in the mixture and smooth the top.
  • Stick little forks or cocktail sticks into the mixture so that each is in the center of a 2.5cm x 2.5cm (1’’ x 1’’) cube.
  • Place in freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Cut into cubes and dip in the remaining melted chocolate, then sprinkle with the cracker crumbs.
  • Put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
