An additional fee of 5$ is automatically applied for refrigerated delivery on orders of less than 89$ (before taxes).
We use an insulated box made of 100% recyclable cardboard.
It is composed of three parts to keep the products fresh and cool: the box and two insulating parts made of air cells (honeycomb cardboard).
Inside the box, you’ll find reusable cooling gel packs.
The freshness box is entirely manufactured by a Quebec company.
A few minutes after your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Then, our shipping team will carefully pack your order in a freshness box.
When your package is ready to leave our warehouse, a second shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent.
Your order will then leave our warehouse and be delivered in the best possible delays.
