How about a glass of something

An absolutely decadent chocolate mousse verrine recipe based on dulce de leche chocolate fondue!

  • One 425g (15oz.) can of your favorite flavor of Chocolats Favoris fondue (our chocolatiers recommend Dulce de Leche)
  • 1 cup (8 fl. oz.) of whipping cream (35% fat)
  • Little pieces of strawberry, kiwi, and blueberry, or your favorite seasonal fruit
  • Some chocolate biscuit crumbs
  • Some pretty verrines, or tumblers
  1. Melt the chocolate as instructed on the Chocolats Favoris fondu can.
  2. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks, then fold in half a cup (4 fl. oz.) of melted chocolate using a spatula to obtain a creamy mousse.
  3. Put 2 dessertspoons of chocolate biscuit crumbs in the bottom of each verrines.
  4. Pour the chocolate mousse into a piping bag then pipe it into 4 verrines.
  5. Add the fruit and sprinkle with a few more crumbs.
  6. Enjoy!
