Team Lead

Under the supervision of the Chocolate Shop Manager, the Chocolate Team Lead will be responsible for delivering stellar customer satisfaction based on the company’s customer service standards. The team lead's main responsibilities are to guide de team during their shift (e.g., task delegation, ensure standards are follow in regards to products, customer serivce and maintenance of the store). The team lead is also responsible to effectively prepare customer orders as well as keep the his/her workplace clean at all times.

Responsibilities of the position

 

  • Ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction when preparing and serving orders at the counter
  • Always provide a service that complies with the company’s recipes and technical standards
  • Efficiently and efficiently adapt his/her work rhythm to the requirements of both team and customers
  • Help receive inventory
  • Be responsible for maintaining the company’s renowned customer service
  • Foster team spirit and motivation; provide recommendations to improve work methods
  • Ensure that company standards, with respect to quality, hygiene, maintenance and health and safety, are understood and adhered to
